Estonian Parliament

The three-storey Estonian Parliament building was built in Tallinn in the 14th century by order of King Valdemar III of Denmark. It is the former Governor's Palace or Toompea Castle-Fortress. It is located in the very centre of Vyshgorod (Upper Town), which has always been considered a symbol of Estonian political power.
